the differences in sexes are mainly caused by sex hormones. When trans women go on HRT, their dominant sex hormone is the same as cis women and over time their muscle-to-fat ratio and distribution matches that of a cis woman. The only possible excuse you could have is the fact that AMAB people have larger/longer bones on average. Even so, there is natural variation in bone size/hormone level/muscle mass among cis people, so this still isn't an argument to exclude trans women. "Disagreeing" with trans people is hate when you "disagree" with our rights to exist, access healthcare, and share spaces.
