As a U.S. trans person… I hate it here.

“feminism" has become cis women acting like trans people are the perpetrators of abuse, while we’re more often the victims. Personally I’ve been sexually assaulted and harassed multiple times in public places as a minor, and it was always by cis people.

I hate the “argument” trans people are p*dos. A lot of us ARE KIDS.

They think they’re worried about protecting kids and cis women. Cis women are oppressors. I’m so tired of hearing trans people especially trans women framed as predators when, again, trans women face more sexual violence than cis women!

Anyway, it’s upsetting no media is covering this. I didnt even hear there were protests happening, and I live in California.

Anti trans hate has been louder and louder and louder while the media has been strangely silent. When protests and brawls occurred over other civil rights issues, the news was all over it. Hmmm…
